Virtual appointments via Zoom Video Calls
All appointments are now virtual. Many patients find this more convenient, it offers comfort of your own home and saves traveling time. After booking your appointment you will receive a link to a Zoom video session. Find a good spot in your home which will provide you some privacy and is free of distraction. Position your video camera on a stable surface in a way that your Homeopath can see you all the way from waist up. Make sure you have good lighting. Please be aware of the time of your appointment and don't be late.

What to expect during a homeopathic session?
Homeopathic session is your safe space without judgment where you can share all your concerns. Homeopathic remedies are most effective if matched with the personality picture, therefore help your Homeopath to get a true picture of you and understands your unique experience. How are you different from others? What makes you happy? What makes you sad? What are your strengths and challenges? Do you have any fears? What are you dreaming about at night? Try to provide as many details as possible about each of your physical complaints as well. You will be asked to observe any changes in your condition during the course of treatment and report them at your next follow up, which is usually scheduled in 3-4 weeks.

How many sessions do I need?
Every condition is different therefore it is very difficult to say in advance how many sessions you will need. As a general reference point, the longer you had your condition the longer usually is takes to see an improvement. In acute cases you should feel better in a day or two, but to see a noticeable shift in the chronic condition which you've had for years may take a few months, although you should feel some improvement during first two months.

Homeopathic remedies
After your Zoom session you will be prescribed a homeopathic remedy. The fee for the most common remedies is around $10 + mailing fee. Some rare remedies may require a special order, as a result the total amount can go up to $30 (mainly because of delivery fees).

Healing crisis
After taking a new Homeopathic remedy, some patients experience a temporary exacerbation of their symptoms. This phenomenon is called a healing crisis or homeopathic aggravation and indicate that your body is responding well to your new remedy. Healing crisis is usually short lived and often followed by amelioration in general state of health. You should know that most cases are improving without a healing crisis.
